How long do I have access to the course materials?

Access to the courses is provided to you according to the tariff plan you selected during payment. Course materials will be available to you as long as the chosen subscription period is active.

When can I start studying on the course?

The course is comprised of pre-recorded video lessons. Once you complete the registration and payment process, you will receive an email containing the access link and password for your personal account. This allows you to start your learning journey immediately or at a time that suits your schedule.

How to pay for the course?

You can pay for the course with absolutely any bank card Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express.

If I don't like the course, is there a way to get the money back?

Absolutely, you have nothing to lose. You can review our Refund Policy. If, within the first 14 days after purchasing the course, it doesn't meet your expectations, we will provide a full refund to your card without any need for an explanation. Just contact our support team at support@lifelonglevelup.org

How do I get access to the course materials after registration and payment?

Upon completing your registration and payment, you will receive an email containing a unique access link and password. These credentials will grant you entry to your personal account, where all the course materials will be readily available for your use.

Is it possible to pay for courses from Europe, the USA or other countries?

Our payment system is designed to accept cards from banks worldwide, regardless of the country of origin.

Can I purchase the course as a gift?

Absolutely, you can gift the course to someone. During the registration process, simply provide the intended recipient's email address, and they will receive an email for authorization to access their personal account.

After the trial period has expired, money has been withdrawn from my account, is it possible to return it?

According to the Refund Policy, you have the option to request a refund for the paid course. Subscription refunds are not provided. Any related inquiries can be directed to our support team at support@lifelonglevelup.org

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so at your convenience. To cancel your subscription, simply navigate to the "Settings and subscription" section within your personal account and click on the "Cancel subscription" button. You can manage your subscription through your personal account on the Lifelong Level Up website.
